Terms & Conditions
1. Valid until 31st March 2009.
2. Minimum 2 persons per departure and based on Seat In Coach. For single traveller, 50% surcharge will apply.
3. Tour prices include all accommodation based on twin sharing where applicable, English Speaking Guide, Park Guide where applicable, all land and river transfers, meals as stated in the itineraries, all park fees, permits and longhouse taxes.
4. Prices exclude flights, alcoholic drinks and camera fee.
5. The contract made between the Company and the Client shall be deemed to have made at the registered office of the company at Lot 1, Pusat Perindustrian Kolombong Jaya, Mile 5.5 Jalan Kolombong, 88450 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah , Malaysia and shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia .
6. Although every effort will be made to operate the tours as advertised, the Company reserves the right at its absolute discretion to make alternative arrangements as it sees fit if caused by weather conditions, technical problems to vehicles, flight delay or other circumstances beyond the control of the Company. It will wherever possible try to provide hotel of equivalent standard. Where there is a better hotel provided, there will be no extra charge.
7. Inquiries or reservations for tour services shown must be made directly through Borneo Eco Tours (Wings of Borneo). Full information is required in order to handle your reservation efficiently. Eg.
(a) arrival/departure dates and flight details.
(b) Number/type of rooms and meals required
(c) Guide requirements
(d) Names of clients in full with gender
8. A 100% non-refundable deposit of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm reservation of accommodation at Sabah Park/National Park i.e. Kinabalu Park accommodation, Laban Rata Resthouse, Poring Hot Springs accommodation and Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park accommodation. Any amendment, cancellation or number of person or room reduced made after booking is confirmed, a fee will be imposed.
9. Full payment is required for all confirmed tour package booking. Failing will result in the cancellation of reservation.
10. Hotels, carriers, restaurants, contractors or any other companies related to the travel services required, will impose cancellation fees depending on the circumstances. Cancellation fee levied by them will be charged to you through Borneo Eco Tours (Wings of Borneo). Cancellation within 30 days from date of travel will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total package cost and cancellation within 14 days from date of travel will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total package cost.
NO refund will be made for any part of the services included in the package that was not utilized by guest after commencement of tour.
11. Child fare is based on child sharing a twin room, 02 adults without an extra bed. If child occupies a single room or twin share room with an adult, the full adult rate will be applied. Reduction per child is 50% of adult rate for daily tours and airport transfer.
12. The company only acts as an agent for airline, hotel, restaurant and in some cases transport companies and it assumes no responsibility for liability in connection with the services rendered. Neither will it be responsible for any act, omission, error or any injury, delay, irregularity, government regulations, theft or strikes over which it has no control. Where it is in the interest of tour members that an itinerary be altered, such alterations may be made without penalty to the company. If a tour is cancelled prior to date of departure, due to circumstances beyond its control, the Company will refund all money paid by the clients.
